Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Typically in one to five days since the order has been placed. It depends on the far between the destination of the particular delivery and the Opelco Paints.
  • Within 30 km from OPELCO, we deliver the order around 24 business hours.
  • Delivery available all over the Island and we offer free delivery within certain areas for at least Rs. 10,000/= purchasing. Conditions apply. Please contact us through our email: info@opelco.lk or on 0112-987664 

 

GOOD RETURN POLICY

  • Excepting the Colors of Interior & Exterior Emulsion, all other purchasing shall be accepted as returns.
  • Brilliant White of the aforesaid Emulsions will be accepted 
  • Item must be returned within 07 calendar days from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for the return, the item must be unused and in the original condition as it was. 
  • The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. 

REFUND POLICY

  • Once we receive the items we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will take the necessary action to transfer your purchasing amount as it was. (Depend on your original method of payment)
  • You will be responsible for paying your own delivery cost for the returning item.
  • If you were not facilitated with the free delivery method, any of your delivery cost shall not be returned with the refund.
